Privacy Policy
Updated July 11, 2026. Nanjing Muzhixi Technology Co., Ltd. provides the AI resource directory, resource information, and transaction-intent matching available through ku0.com. The site uses static pages and does not provide registration, login, online listing submission, on-site payment, or an intake form. We apply data minimization, defined purposes, transparency, and security safeguards to information associated with site access, initial QQ contact, and listing verification.
1. Information we process
- Access and security information: hosting services may process IP address, access time, requested URL, browser or device type, referring page, and basic security logs to deliver pages, prevent attacks, and investigate anomalies.
- Local preferences and filter state: language and theme preferences are stored in browser localStorage. Search terms and filters may remain in the current URL so a directory state can be restored or shared.
- QQ contact information: if you join or contact the displayed QQ group, Tencent QQ processes your nickname, QQ number, group messages, and information you choose to provide under its own rules. Group members may also see that information.
- Listing verification information: if you seek a listing, a separately designated private channel may be used to collect necessary contact, entity, ownership or authority evidence, domain-control results, asset descriptions, and dispute status.
- Formal cooperation information: if due diligence, a transaction, or a separate service proceeds, contracting parties, contacts, processing scope, retention, deletion, and safeguards are governed by a separate notice, contract, or data-processing agreement.
Do not submit identity documents, full contracts, source code, databases, passwords, API keys, cookies, sessions, server credentials, bank or payment details, trade secrets, minors' information, Auth/EPP codes, or other sensitive information through search, URL parameters, public pages, or the QQ group. When verification is needed, we will separately explain the private submission channel, purpose, and necessary scope.
2. Purposes
- Provide resource browsing, search, filters, language choice, and theme preferences.
- Protect security, investigate anomalies, understand basic usage, and improve service quality.
- Respond to a contact you initiate, verify listing authenticity, control, intellectual property, and transfer scope, maintain listing status, and handle complaints or removal.
- Support transaction-intent introductions, due-diligence coordination, or enterprise services within a separately agreed scope.
3. Processing basis and consent
- When you choose a local preference, join the QQ group, seek a listing, or request an introduction, we process information necessary to provide that function, respond to the request, or communicate before a contract.
- Necessary information may also be processed to perform a contract, protect network security, address complaints or disputes, and meet legal obligations where applicable law permits.
- If separate consent is legally required, notice will be given before processing. You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before it.
4. Sharing, processors, and cross-border handling
- Hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may process access and security information only as needed to provide infrastructure and subject to their agreements and security duties.
- The QQ group is provided by Tencent. Display, retention, and account processing in the group follow Tencent's product rules and privacy policy. Use QQ only for initial contact.
- An account-recharge store, resource provider, registrar, payment service, or escrow provider operates outside ku0.com. When you follow an external link, your browser connects directly to that site, which may receive an IP address, browser information, and referring page and process them under its own policy.
- No store link is generated until all activation gates pass. If one is later enabled, ku0.com still does not embed the store, call its API, or proactively transfer user-submitted information to it.
- If personal information or business data must be provided outside China, required notice, consent, contract, and security measures will be completed under applicable law before that transfer.
5. Retention
- localStorage preferences remain in your browser until you clear site data. You can remove search and filter parameters directly from the URL.
- Access and security logs are retained for the shortest period necessary under hosting, security, and legal requirements and then deleted or anonymized.
- Listing verification material is retained only as needed for verification, continued display, complaints, disputes, and legal obligations. It is deleted or anonymized after withdrawal or expiry when no dispute or legal duty requires retention.
- Formal cooperation and transaction records are retained as required by contracts, finance and tax rules, audits, security duties, and regulation, then deleted, returned, or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You may start a request to access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete personal information, withdraw non-essential consent, request listing removal, or ask about processing rules through the QQ contact entry shown on the site. Do not post identity evidence in the public group. When identity verification is necessary, an administrator will provide an appropriate private channel. We will respond within 15 working days after verification unless law provides otherwise or the request cannot reasonably be verified.
7. Security and minors
- HTTPS, static pages, data minimization, separation of verification materials from public display, access controls, and security logs are used to reduce leakage, misuse, and unauthorized access.
- A public listing contains only a sanitized summary, never identity documents, full contracts, source code, databases, secrets, account credentials, payment information, or domain transfer codes.
- The service is intended for enterprises and transaction participants with full civil capacity, not consumer services for minors. Do not provide minors' personal information.
- If an incident may affect personal-information security, remedial action, notice, and reporting will follow applicable law and contract.
8. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when service scope, external-store status, listing verification, or applicable law changes. The update date will be shown here, and changes with a material effect on personal-information rights will receive a more prominent notice where required.
