Terms of Service
Updated July 11, 2026. The ku0.com resource directory and information-matching pages are operated by Nanjing Muzhixi Technology Co., Ltd. These terms apply to the AI resource directory, resource information, and transaction-intent matching available through ku0.com. Resource and listing information is for preliminary screening only. It is not an offer, legal advice, ownership determination, appraisal, or availability guarantee. Any external-store, relay-site asset, or domain transaction is governed by the separate contract and rules accepted by the parties and relevant third-party providers.
1. Service and information scope
- The directory covers gateways, models, tools, official references, and access information. Unless expressly disclosed, inclusion does not imply a partnership, agency, authorization, endorsement, or procurement relationship between the operator and the resource provider.
- Relay-service entries are compiled from public information and have not been tested through a live account. Mainland China access, model coverage, pricing, data handling, and upstream terms can change and must be independently reviewed before use.
- The AI account recharge entry may be enabled only after DNS, HTTPS, page availability, operator identity, privacy, transaction and refund rules, inventory, and fulfillment have passed review. If enabled, the main site only links to an external store.
- The relay-site and AI-domain marketplaces publish sanitized summaries that passed manual review and help establish contact. When no qualifying listing exists, they show an empty directory and never present sample assets as real listings.
- Any separate consulting, deployment, or compliance service is governed by its own contract, order, acceptance terms, data-processing terms, and security plan.
2. Platform role and transaction boundary
- ku0.com is an information-publishing and transaction-intent matching entry point. It is not the buyer, seller, joint operator, ownership verifier, appraiser, payment recipient, payment institution, or escrow provider for a listed asset.
- The QQ group is only for initial contact. ku0.com does not receive purchase funds, escrow funds, source packages, databases, account credentials, secrets, domain transfer codes, or delivery materials on the site or in the QQ group.
- Buyers and sellers must verify identity, ownership, price, taxes, licenses, technical condition, compliance risk, and ability to perform. Delivery, acceptance, refunds, breach, and disputes belong in an independent contract.
- Payment, escrow, and asset transfer must occur through an external contract, compliant payment or escrow service, registrar, or another channel agreed by the parties and remain subject to that provider's rules.
- Manual review may lead to a request for evidence, correction, suspension, or removal, but it does not guarantee ownership, value, security, transferability, or completion.
- The current static directory, empty-listing display, and initial QQ contact do not charge a listing fee, matching fee, or commission. Any future paid service must disclose the charging entity, price, payment method, and refund boundary before it begins and obtain separate confirmation.
3. Seller and listing responsibilities
- A listing party must own the asset or hold valid authority to dispose of it and keep the name, description, pricing method, intellectual property, licenses, dispute status, expiry information, and transferable scope accurate and current.
- A listing must not infringe copyright, trademark, patent, domain rights, trade secrets, personal information rights, or other lawful interests. Rights restrictions, debt, disputes, security incidents, and material technical defects must not be concealed.
- Ownership or control evidence must be provided through a separately designated private channel, never on a public page or in the QQ group.
- A listing party must promptly report changes in status, ownership, or risk. ku0.com may suspend or remove a listing that cannot be reverified, exceeds its verification period, receives a reasonable complaint, or presents risk.
4. Relay-site asset boundary
- Eligible scope may include a domain, lawfully held transferable source code, brand materials, documentation, sanitized configuration templates, transferable licenses, and agreed transition support.
- User data, order data, balances, API keys, cookies, sessions, cloud accounts, payment accounts, upstream accounts, and filings, permits, or qualifications that cannot lawfully transfer are excluded by default.
- Before delivery, the seller must verify code and content licenses and upstream resale rights, scan for secrets, malware, and known vulnerabilities, and remove personal information and all data it has no right to transfer.
- The buyer must conduct independent legal and technical due diligence, reissue credentials and access rights after takeover, and complete its own filing, security, privacy, and upstream-provider review.
5. AI domain listings and transfer
- A seller must prove control of the domain and disclose its registrar, expiry, transfer lock, rights disputes, and transfer restrictions. A listing whose control verification is more than 30 days old may automatically leave the public directory.
- Auth/EPP codes, registrar credentials, and identity materials must not appear on a public page or in the QQ group. Domain transfer must use a registrar or independent escrow service.
- A domain transfer does not automatically include a website, email, trademark, social account, DNS configuration, or business qualification. DNSSEC, email, website migration, and ICP filing must be handled separately and lawfully.
6. External store and third-party services
- AI account recharge transactions, if enabled, occur in an independent external store. Products, prices, stock, payment, delivery, redemption, support, and refunds are governed by the operator, agreement, and order terms displayed there at the time.
- ku0.com does not embed the store, place orders, collect payment, call its API, or pass user-submitted data to it. Data processing and transactions after leaving this site are handled by the relevant third party.
- Registrars, escrow providers, payment services, cloud providers, and other third parties control their own availability, review, and performance. Read their terms and privacy policies before use.
7. Prohibited activity and sensitive information
- Do not use the site to publish or match unlawful transactions, infringing assets, shared accounts, account pools, fraudulent cards, CDK or session redemption, or attempts to bypass identity, region, content-safety, or upstream-platform rules.
- Do not claim official authorization without proof, promise guaranteed transfer or permanent stability, manipulate prices, fabricate listings, conceal material facts, or otherwise mislead users.
- Do not submit identity documents, full contracts, source code, databases, passwords, API keys, cookies, sessions, server credentials, payment details, trade secrets, minors' information, or Auth/EPP codes through search, URL parameters, public pages, or the QQ group.
8. Infringement complaints, removal, and review
- A rights holder or interested party may start a complaint through the page's QQ contact entry and identify the listing, rights basis, specific claim, and a way to make contact.
- Do not post identity documents, full contracts, non-public code, or sensitive evidence in the public QQ group. An administrator will provide a private channel and explain the necessary scope when verification is needed.
- ku0.com may suspend a listing when a reasonable risk is identified, seek a response, and then correct, restore, remove, or refuse republication based on the evidence. Substantive rights disputes belong in the parties' contract, escrow or registrar process, arbitration, or court proceedings.
9. Changes and disclaimer
ku0.com may change directory content, display status, activation gates, or service scope in response to law, regulation, third-party terms, review results, or operational needs. Information can lag behind a source. The platform does not guarantee continued third-party availability, completion of a listing, fitness for a particular purpose, or completion of an external transaction. Users remain responsible for decisions based on primary sources, independent due diligence, contracts, and professional advice.
